9:00 a.m. Hike - Hornblende Canyon 6 Hours
Join volunteer naturalist Paul Larson on a moderate hike in Hornblende Canyon. We'll check out wildflowers along the way as we enjoy one of the most beautiful but overlooked canyons in the Park. Bring hiking stick(s), ample water, hiking boots and lunch. Meet at entrance to Blair Valley at 9am. Hike is about 5 miles.

4:00 p.m. Walk – Petals, Leaves, and Pollen 1 Hour
Join Park Interpretive Specialist Regina Reiter in the Visitor Center Garden for an imaginative and satisfying exploration of flowers and how to put names to all those confusing blooms. No nomenclature expertise is needed!
