Patron members are eligible to receive a CD-ROM Windows version of the best-selling Afoot and Afield in San Diego County by Jerry Schad. Benefactor members receive the CD plus the opportunity to participate in an off-road nature tour. President's Circle members are invited to an annual dinner with the ABF President and special guests.

A new or gift membership is active for one year from the date of joining; a renewal will extend an existing membership by one year from the date it is due to expire.
